OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2013. Sviaz-Bank has started issuing mortgages to Armed Forces servicemen under the Military Mortgage program to be used for purchasing property in the FSK Lider’s housing complexes in the New Izmailovo neighborhood (blocks 6, 7, 9, and 10), Kuntsevo West housing complexes (blocks 6, 7, and 9-20), and in the M-House housing complex.

The Bank has moved in with its mortgage loans after it and the company signed an agreement on cooperation that gives servicemen an opportunity to purchase housing in new housing complexes in Moscow city and suburbs from the developer.

The M-House housing complex lies in Moscow’s South Administrative District new the Warsaw Highway and Academician Yangel Street subway station; Kuntsevo West is under construction seven kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road (MRR), in Romashkovo township, Odintsovo District; and New Izmailovo is located in Balashikha two kilometers from the MRR following the Enthusiasts Highway. All the complexes are going up in accordance with Federal Law FZ-214.

Infrastructure of the new housing developments is diversifying and expanding, making life there more amenable and sending apartment prices up as a result. Servicemen can purchase apartments in the construction phase at lower prices.

An apartment sells at a minimum price of 6.2 million rubles in the M-House housing complex, 3.7million rubles in Kuntsevo West, and 2.7 million rubles in New Izmailovo.

Sviaz-Bank will charge an annual interest of 11.3% up in Russian rubles on a Military Mortgage loan in the construction phase, and 10.5% per annum upon completion of the project. A loan may be issued for a maximum of 20 years. No commissions or extra fees, including a loan issue commission, will be charged on loans.
