OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2013. Ukraine and the Russian Federation continue active preparation to signing the constituent documents targeting creation of a joint enterprise on production An-124 Ruslan plane.

During the session of the Cabinet of Ministers held on August 21, 2013 there was approved an Order on delegation to participate in negotiations targeting preparation of the draft “Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on realization and actions of state support in resuming serial production of An-124 planes with engines D-18T and their versions”.

The document approves a decision on setting up the delegation, its composition, determines responsibilities of the head and adopts directives of the delegation to participate in negotiations. 
The head of the delegation was appointed Minister of Industrial Policy of Ukraine Mykhaylo Korolenko. It comprises also representatives of Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, State Agency of Ukraine for management state corporate rights and property, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Justice Ministry of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Motor Sich company and the Antonov company. 

Signing the documents concerning the joint Ukrainian-Russian enterprise on production of Ruslan planes is planned in September-October, 2013 during a sitting of Ukrainian-Russian committee for economic cooperation of Ukrainian-Russian interstate commission, which is to be held under chairmanship of Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Russia Mykola Azarov and Dmytro Medvedev.
