OREANDA-NEWS. UTair Aviation and VEB-leasing (Vnesheconombank Group), signed a memorandum of intent for a leasing agreement on 10 UAC made MS-21-300 aircraft at the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2013 in Zhukovsky.

Signatories of the memorandum include VEB-leasing CEO Vyacheslav Soloviev and UTair Commercial Airlines President Oleg Semyonov.

The protocol provides for aircraft delivery starting in 2018 and to be completed in 2020. Each aircraft will come with a 36 month quality guarantee from the manufacturer, the Irkut Corporation, from the date of delivery. The Irkut Corporation will also provide services for placing aircraft into service.
