OREANDA-NEWS. From 1 September to 31 December 2013 a special offer will be effective at the Bank of Moscow for those who need a loan to buy a newly built flat. Under the conditions of the campaign a client can buy a flat on the initial stage of construction including the "zero" cycle without guarantors and additional pledges at the rate of 11.5% in RUR, the first payment being 15%.

For the site to be sold in accordance with Federal Law No. 214 the interest rate is the same for both the investment and title periods. In other cases a 0.5% surplus to the interest rate applies over the construction period... The maximum maturity period is 30 years.

Within the framework of the campaign a loan can be extended within 24 hours against two documents only.

The offer covers all real estate sites, both those under construction in accordance with Federal Law No. 214 and in accordance with other sales patterns.

"We have prepared for our clients an offer unique for the Russian mortgage loan market, i.e. an opportunity to buy a flat within one day at any stage of construction and at a beneficial interest rate that does not depend on the amount of initial payment", noted Georgy Ter-Aristokesyants, Director of the Mortgage Loan Department of the Bank of Moscow.
