OREANDA-NEWS. NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport presents to its passengers the photo exhibition kindly provided by the spotters, aviation photography amateurs.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport maintains amicable cooperation with the spotters’ community. Official spotting sessions (photo shoots when one can take photos of the airport’s services work, aircraft landings and departures) has become a good tradition at Novosibirsk airport. The events are regularly attended by the photographers from Novosibirsk and other Siberian regions.

Discovering the Sky photo exhibition introduces the most interesting artistic photos taken at NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport over the recent years - airport equipment, passengers, staff, airlines’ crew teams and, certainly, the primary objective for all spotter - an aircraft. Unusual perspectives, scene varieties and unique aviation spirit - we believe all this will help the passengers of NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport to see the enterprise from another angle, take a closer look at its partner-airlines and get fascinated with aviation not less than the airport’s staff and spotters do thanks to these exhibits.

The photo exhibition will be open till the end of 2013 at the Departure Gate gallery of the Domestic Terminal.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The domestic airline capacity makes up 1,800 passengers per hour, on international flights - 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways.
