OREANDA-NEWS.  September 12, 2013. According to ANRCETI, on the eve Ciocana Court upheld the legality and validity of ANRCETI decision to revoke the license of Eventis Mobile to provide mobile services since August 16, 2013.

Under the current law, in three days since the date of the relevant decision, ANRCETI applied to the court to revoke Eventis Mobile license. According to the Law on licensing business and the Law on Electronic Communications, in case the licensee fails to eliminate the circumstances that led to the suspension of the license, it can be revoked. On May 22, 2013 ANRCETI temporarily suspended validity of Eventis Mobile license.

This decision approved by the Ciocana Court on May 29, 2013, obliges Eventis Mobile to eliminate circumstances that led to the suspension of the license and inform ANRCETI in the written form. Although, the licensee again failed to comply with the requirement of the agency. In accordance with the Law on the basic principles of business regulation, as well as the Code of Civil Procedure of Moldova, the court decision is the only legal proof in this situation. In the absence of the court decision ANRCETI has the legal right to revoke the license of the named company.

ANRCETI specified that company Eventis Mobile received a license to provide mobile services in GSM standard in December 2006 and started operation in December 2007. Since April 2010, based on the decision of the Economic Appeal Court, Eventis Mobile is in the process of insolvency.
