Bond Placement of Platinum Bank to Begin
OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2013. As the lead manager and underwriter of the issue, UkrSibbank is happy to announce the start of the PJSC "Platinum Bank" C series bonds placement.
On August 27, 2013, the issue of series C and D bonds of PJSC “Platinum Bank” was registered totaling UAH 200 m.
The basic and series C and D bond issue prospectuses were published in issue No. 162 of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Bulletin on August 30, 2013.
Besides the Ukrainian market’s usual annual put option combined with coupon rate resetting, the structure of the issue offers a semi-annual put option (without coupon rate resetting).
Thus, investors have the option to buy a bond for half a year, but fixing the yield for one year if they decide to extend the holding period.
UkrSibbank will sell series C and D bonds to investors on the PFTS Stock Exchange.
