OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2013. The 8th, the 7th Customers Committee was launched to improve the level of the services provided by Incheon Airport.

Incheon Airport Customers Committee was started on August, 2006. This committee is aimed to assist in improving services offered by the airport through gathering the various opinions of ordinary customers and their participation. The 7th committee consists of 35 people, who beat the 2:1 competition rate and coming from different areas, of various age, gender and occupation. During the following year, the participants will be involved in various on•off line projects and activities, aimed to improve the service offered by the airport. Depending on their performance, some will be provided with the incentives and benefits.

On the inauguration ceremony, held this day at the grand conference hall of Incheon Airport Corporation, President & CEO of Incheon Airport Jung, Chang-Soo congratulated the participants and said that “It is hoped that the activities of Customers Committee will be very helpful for the airport services improvement. I address you to demonstrate your ideas and to feel free and express your comments and wishes regarding inconvenience or problems in service-related matters at any time. I assure you it will be highly appreciated.”

Incheon Airport is proud of its top-ranked service which is recognized by its being named as the best in Airport Service Quality(ASQ) for eight consecutive years. To suit this title various improvement activities are being constantly taken. Among those are the Customers Committee, CS doctor program, which receives service professionals’ field guidance, the operation of on•off line integrated VOC system and others.
