OREANDA-NEWS. Nilson Report has ranked the largest private bank in Russia, Alfa-Bank, amongst the top European banks of issue of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JSB, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

The Nilson Report ranked banks from 19 countries. Eight of 50 ranked credit cards belong to British banks, four to French banks, nine to Turkish banks, six to Spanish banks and two to Russian banks.

"The recognition by Nilson Report is another proof of Alfa-Bank’s leadership on the Russian banking market," Alfa-Bank Processing Center Director Vilen Timiryazev said. "Our team will continue to improve bank issue processes."
