OREANDA-NEWS. State Corporation 'Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)' and Business School Skolkovo entered into a Memorandum on Cooperation to implement educational projects and programs on the territory of the Far East. The Memorandum was signed on September of 21, 2013 in the presence of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev as part of celebrating the seventh anniversary of the School.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Memorandum was signed by Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and on behalf of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO - by its President Andrei Rappoport.

Under the Memorandum Vnesheconombank and the Business School intend to organize training and retraining projects of professional personnel of the Far East. The parties believe that implementation of project initiatives and better management in companies would enhance the region's economic development.

These educational projects would help to train highly qualified personnel for managing engineering activities in the Far East among other things in order to implement infrastructure projects and PPP projects in the region as well as to expand economic ties with Asian countries.
