Sistema JSFC (“Sistema” or the “Company”) (LSE: SSA), the largest publicly-traded diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, today announces that its call option over eight exploration and production companies, which currently form RussNeft's Urals Group of companies, has expired. The Company confirms that it is no longer considering a purchase of these assets as was announced on June 21, 2013.
