OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a credit rating to OOO Loid (Moscow). The rating is “BB+” on the national scale and “B+” on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

The rating is based on the future revenues from investments in residential construction in Noyabrsk and a degree of sectoral diversification in the Company's business.

Constraining factors include a high debt burden and a currently modest operating margin.

OOO Loid is a limited liability company that has invested in residential construction in the city of Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenetski Autonomous Region). It also acquires and leases real estate in Moscow and the surrounding region and has assets in the forestry sector (a wood processing plant in Kilmez, Kirov region). Its owners are five private individuals, including its General Director, I.N. Maximov.

The Company's debt burden is extremely high and its operating margin is modest. Execution of its real estate development project should lead to a substantial increase in cash flow, lowering the debt burden and boosting operating profits. Most assets take the form of accounts receivable, which reflect investments in the Noyabrsk project; a loan from Peresvet Bank is the main source of funding. Risk sensitivity is elevated. Liquidity is sufficient.
