OREANDA-NEWS. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP Group or the Group) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) announces that the Board of Directors of PJSC NCSP at a meeting on 30 September 2013 made changes to the makeup of the Company's Management Board.

The Board of Directors has removed Marat Shaydayev and Denis Afanasov from the Management Board following their departure from their executive positions at the Company, and the Board of Directors appointed Eduard Borovok and Alexander Ryzhkov to the Management Board.

Marat Shaydayev retains his seat on the Board of Directors of PJSC NCSP.

As of 30 September 2013 the PJSC NCSP Management Board consists of the following five people:

• Yuriy Matvienko, CEO

• Igor Terentyev, Executive Director

• German Kachan, Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance

• Eduard Borovok, Director of Legal - Head of Group Legal Services

• Alexander Ryzhkov, Deputy Technical Director for Development of the Sheskharis Oil Terminal

Eduard Borovok

Mr. Borovok has held the post of Director of Legal - Head of Group Legal Service since 1 November 2008. Prior to that, he was NCSP Business Support Director from April 2007 through November 2008. From July 2003 to April 2007 Mr. Borovok was the Director of Legal at NCSP. From 1997 to 2002, he served as a judge in the Federal Arbitration Court for the Northern Caucasus District. From 2002 to 2003, he headed the legal department of Novorossiysk Sea Shipping. Mr. Borovok graduated with law degrees from the Kuban State University in 1986 and from the Moscow State Institute of International Affairs in 1992.

Alexander Ryzhkov

Mr. Ryzhkov has been the Deputy Technical Director for Development of the Sheskharis Oil Terminal since April 2013. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Central Aerohydrodynamics Institute”. From May 2011 to July 2012, he was the Advisor to the General Director of Radiostroy, and from August 2008 to April 2011 he was the Deputy General Director for Property and Land Management at Svyaztransneft. Prior to 2008, Mr. Ryzhkov held various positions in business and government structures. In 1985 he graduated with a degree in Electronic Equipment Engineering from the V.I. Ulyanov Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. In 2011 he received an MBA from the Institute of Management Innovation in Moscow. Mr. Ryzhkov has received additional training from the Russian Academy of State Service of the President of the Russian Federation (2003-2004) and the Central Attestation Commission of Rostekhnadzor (2006).
