OREANDA-NEWS. NTT DOCOMO, INC., a personalized mobile solutions provider for smarter living, announced today that it will establish its seventh U.S. Advisory Board in October and will convene the first meeting in the United States on October 16.

The new board is chaired by David A. Gross, currently a partner at Wiley Rein LLP and also former U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy at the U.S. Department of State. Also on the board is Matthew P. Goodman, William E. Simon Chair in Political Economy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

The two-year board will meet with DOCOMO representatives twice each year in the United States. DOCOMO will invite special guests to each meeting, beginning with Laurent Desmangles, a partner and managing director at the Boston Consulting Group.

DOCOMO's U.S. Advisory Board provides insight into global society and economics as related to the company's management, corporate citizenship and provision of high-quality mobile services centered on convenience for its customers. The first board was established in December 2000 and the sixth board lasted from October 2011 to September 2013.
