OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency assigned 'Expert bank' creditworthiness rating А, which means high credit solvency. The rating outlook is stable; the rating sublevel is two. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

The Agency's analysts regard high capital adequacy and a good balance of assets and liabilities, by their maturities, in the short- and long-terms as the key positive factors. High securities portfolio quality, low undertaken currency risks and the conservative loan provisioning policy have a positive impact on 'Expert bank' creditworthiness.

Low profitability combined with low coverage of operating costs with net interest and commission income restrain 'Expert bank' rating. Very high past-due debt on corporate and retail loans, the insufficient loan portfolio security and the unstable resource base are also highlighted by the Agency as negative factors.
