UTair Aviation is compelled to make a public statement regarding the disqualification of aviation technical equipment supplier DALMAR AVIATION INCORPORATED in connection with the revelation of fraud during the execution of contracts for the supply of aircraft maintenance products. In addition to disqualification of the company, the management of the aforementioned organization as well as its owners has been disqualified from future commercial relations. UTair Aviation's disqualification does not imply bad faith of Dalmar Aviation Incorporated with respect to other companies. UTair partnership relations with this company were terminated in accordance with the airlines internal regulations on the requirements for organizations supplying aviation systems and components to the airline.

UTair Aviation disqualifies from commercial relations with the airline those suppliers with an unacceptable level of quality products or services, when such organizations provide counterfeit or sub-standard quality aviation units and components, in case of demonstrable attempts of commercial bribery or fraud on the part of supplying organizations and wittingly giving false information or forged documents.
