OREANDA-NEWS. The Renova Group of companies reached an agreement regarding the sale of 100% shares in LLC Multinational Logistics Partnership to structures closely related to the Gutseriev family of entrepreneurs. Earlier, the share capital of MLP was fully consolidated by the Renova Group.

“We viewed our investment in MLP as a portfolio investment, in the first place. At the time when the business was only starting to evolve, participation of Renova and our partners in its strategic development contributed to the creation of additional shareholder value. Now that the company has gained a major position in its market, we believe that it would be expedient to hand over the management of this business to an investor focused on this particular market”, Alexey Moskov, Chairman of Renova's Executive Board, commented on the deal.

The deal is expected to be closed in the near future.
