OREANDA-NEWS. October 08, 2013. The Bank of East Asia (“BEA”) organised a buyout event in partnership with Visa for selected BEA Visa Cardholders and representatives of several non-governmental organisations (“NGOs”) at Hong Kong Disneyland.

BEA’s guests were among the first to experience Disney’s Haunted Halloween including Graves Academy at Main Street U.S.A., Revenge of the Headless Horseman in Adventureland, Trick or Treat Spooktactular in Fantasyland and Party Zone in Tomorrowland. From 8:00 p.m. until closing at 11:00 p.m., the Park was open exclusively for the Bank’s guests. BEA also invited over 200 representatives from the Children’s Cancer Foundation, Ebenezer School, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children, and New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association to join the fun-filled outing.

“My colleagues and I are delighted to have this opportunity to spend time with our customers and NGO friends, and to be able to express our appreciation to them for their unwavering support,” said Mr. Adrian Li, Deputy Chief Executive at BEA. Guests who used their BEA Visa Card during the visit could enjoy 30% off on shopping at selected stores and 20% off on dining at selected restaurants within the park.

“We are pleased BEA’s selected cardholders were able to make use of Visa’s alliance with Hong Kong Disneyland. Through the alliance, we hope to increase the value we bring to our client banks to help them cater to their customers,’ said Tom Tobin, Country Manager, Visa Hong Kong and Macau.
