OREANDA-NEWS. LSR Group, one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, is publishing the operating resultsfor the third quarter of 2013.

In 3Q 2013, in all regions of our operations we entered into new contracts for the sale of 208th m2 (+140%). The total value of the contracts was RUB 15.8bn, up 124% against 3Q2012. In 3Q 2013, we transferred to the customers 53th m2 (+328%) of net sellable area and completed 115th m2 of net sellable area (+232%).

In the first nine months of 2013, in all regions of our operations we entered into new contracts for the sale of 491th m2(+72%). The total value of the contracts for the sale of apartments and other premises was RUB 39.1bn, up 61% against the corresponding period in 2012.In the first nine month of 2013, we transferred to the customers 188th m2(+91%) of net sellable area and completed 158th m2 of net sellable area (+140%).

Real Estate in St. Petersburg
In 3Q 2013, in St. Petersburg, we entered into new contracts for the sale of 144th m2 of net sellable area, up 269% against 3Q 2012. The total value of the contracts was RUB 12.1bn (+188%). In 3Q 2013, we transferred to the customers 40th m2 of net sellable area (+714%) and completed 78th m2 of net sellable area (+195%).

In the elite segment, we entered into new contracts for the sale of 17thm2 of net sellable area (+49%). The total value of the contracts was RUB 2.6bn (+41%).In 3Q 2013, we transferred to our customers 6th m2 of net sellable area (+250%). According to the projects timeline there were no housing completions scheduled.

In the mass market segment, we entered into new contracts for the sale of 127thm2, up 359% against 3Q 2012.The total value of the contracts was RUB 9.5bn (+302%). In 3Q 2013, we transferred to our customers 34th m2 of net sellable area (+960%)and completed 78th m2 of net sellable area in project Avrora.

Real Estate in Moscow
In 3Q 2013,we entered into new contracts for the sale of 27th m2 of net sellable area, up 8% on our sales in 3Q2012. The total value of the signed contracts was RUB 1.6bn (+10%).

In 3Q2013 we transferred to the customers 3th m2(-45%). There were no housing completions in 3Q 2013 according to the projects schedule.

In 3Q 2013 we started pre-sales in low-rise residential neigh bourhood NakhabinoYasnoye with a total area of 140th m2.

Real Estate in Yekaterinburg
In Yekaterinburg, we entered into new contracts for the sale of 37thm2 of net sellable area, up 60% against 3Q2012. The total value of the contracts signed in 3Q2013increased by 50%, up to RUB 2.1bn.

In 3Q 2013, we transferred to customers 10th m2 (+295%) and completed 38th m2 of net sellable area in projects Tatischev, Kalinovsky and Progress.

In 3Q 2013 we started pre-sales in project Serebryanaya Podkova with a total area of 32.1th m2.
