OREANDA-NEWS. As part of celebrating The Day of the Industry of Yaroslavl Region on 10 October in Yaroslavl, the annual regional conference of engineers played host to bestowing the awards upon the winners of the “Best Engineer of 2013” competition.

The diplomas of the best engineers of Yaroslavl region in the year 2013 and money grants allocated by the department of industry of Yaroslavl region were awarded to two NPO Saturn employees who had represented well their company during the competition.

In the category “Engineering art of the young” of the “Best production engineer” nomination, the first place went to Alexey Sasarin - senior production engineer from the chief production engineer department of the NPO Saturn pilot plant.

In the nomination “The best design engineer” the third place went to Andrey Novikov, category II design engineer from the compressors design department of the NPO Saturn technical direction.

The participation of NPO Saturn engineers in regional and all-Russian contests, forums and conferences has become a good tradition.
