OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency confirmed 'INTOUCH Insurance' IC reliability rating A, which means high reliability. The rating outlook changed from stable to positive.

High liquidity ratios, the low ratio of receivables and payables to assets, and high premium growth rates were regarded as the insurer's positive financial stability factors. High liquidity, diversification and reliability of investments were also classified as positive factors: as of June 30, 2013, investments into facilities rated at minimum À+ by 'Expert RA' and/or at a similar level by other global agencies accounted for 99.8% of the aggregate investments, and as of July 4, 2013, for 100%. In addition, the Company's owner willingness to provide financing to 'INTOUCH Insurance' OJSC was estimated positively.

The negative RoA and RoE, the high combined net loss ratio and the high share of operating costs did not allow assigning a higher rating. The analysts also highlighted low insurance portfolio diversification.
