OREANDA-NEWS. Swedbank is going to acquire a part of UniCredit Bank's Baltic portfolio.

In total the deal comprises loans and commitments of 94 million euros from 120 customers across the three Baltic countries.

The deal is conditional on local FSAs' approval.

All customers affected by the deal will receive accurate and timely information about any actions they may need to carry out.

Swedbank is the leading bank in Baltics and presently serves around 4 million private customers and 300 thousand corporate customers. The bank's total assets in Baltics are worth 16 billion euros while the bank's capital stands at 3 billion euros.
