OREANDA-NEWS. The programme has come to an end with a presentation of individual and corporate projects in front of the Expert Board of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, the participants worked on them during those four modules. The Expert Board consisted of professors and experts of the programme: Andrei Sharonov, Dean of the SKOLKOVO business school; Elena Bondarenko, Head of the SKOLKOVO Practicum; Vladimir Preobrajensky, Head of Research of the SKOLKOVO business school; Anna Kharnas, Corporate Communications Director of the SKOLKOVO business school; Evgeny Plaksenkov, Professor of Practice at the SKOLKOVO Practicum, CEO of Venture Company RESII, Board Member of Gals-Development; students and graduates of the SKOLKOVO Executive MBA.

Their personal trajectory was formed. They know what they are going to do. And most importantly, they have inspiration and striving for new horizons!” said Elena Bondarenko, Head of the SKOLKOVO Practicum.

“The SKOLKOVO Practicum, on the one hand, seriously helps to work with your dream and shape of the future, it's essential for a director. On the other hand, it gives you concrete tools and practices: how to implement your future, how to fix it and work with it as a project today”, shares his thinking Evgeny Demin, CEO of SPLAT, graduate of the first class of the SKOLKOVO Practicum.

“A high level that is set up by the organizers and lecturers of the programme inspired me to start working on my dream project. It is not a change of goal, but understanding that when you set higher level, try to create a complicated project, you gain tools that are necessary for your current business”, comments graduate of the programme Shakhmurad Fazailov, Partner and Special Projects Director of Clarus Capital.

At the moment an enrollment for the second class of the SKOLKOVO Practicum that is going to be launched on January 27, 2014, is underway. A new product line is being developed for the graduates (trainings, strategic sessions, roundtables). A separate key direction of the programme's development is a launch of research of the Russian small- and middle-scale businesses and creation of a community of their owners and executives.

The SKOLKOVO Practicum is an intense modular programme for perspective directors who find it important to form a system of management knowledge to run small- and middle-scale business in Russia. Expertise, models and problematic situations that were defined after a survey of 128 successful owners and CEOs of Russian small- and middle-scale businesses represent the core of the programme. A relevant dialogue with the business, understanding of the target audience problems, application of special techniques of the SKOLKOVO business school in the course of the programme's development enable the SKOLKOVO Practicum for Directors to become an interesting and desired development tool for modern Russian managers.
