OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow’s delegation met with the Head of Tula City Administration Evgeniy Avilov in Tula Administration Office. The Bank was represented by Senior Vice President Yulia Mikhajlova, Vice President Maksim Kokorin, City Projects Management Board Head Irina Bulgakova and the Bank of Moscow’s Tula Regional Operational Office (ROO) Head Alexey Sebyakin. The meeting has defined a number of municipal projects the Bank of Moscow is to take part in as an investor.

The meeting in particular was dedicated to confirm the Bank’s intentions to support reforms and modernization in part of housing and community amenities, community infrastructure objects and capital repair. Investment opportunities relating to construction of social and community infrastructure objects and salary projects launches were also discussed during the meeting with representatives of local authorities and state-financed organizations.

Financing provided by the Bank in order to acquire lighting equipment in the framework of modernization of outdoor lighting along Olympic torch relay route is a remarkable example of socially important 2013 projects put into practice in Tula.

Over the work period the Bank has gained a reputation of a reliable financial partner for residents, enterprises and city authorities. For example 2013 loan portfolio of Tula ROO in part of SME segment according to 10 months results amounts to 2,65 billion rubles (40% growth from the beginning of the year), while retail portfolio for the same period of the current year has grown 42% and amounts to 1,54 billion rubles.

Tula ROO is currently managing 170 salary projects including leading ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises, housing and community amenities, local government and city administration etc.
