OREANDA-NEWS. Parallel, a large petrol products retailer in Ukraine's east, plans to open up to 20 new filling stations as part of its development programme in 2014. The company will also continue jobber rebranding to encourage them to operate under Parallel trademark. Restyling 11 filling stations, launching 23 gas filling units and 3 self-service car washes are on the agenda too.

CEO Yelena Khiliyenko says the development strategy for 2014 has already been approved: “We have approved the development strategy of Parallel filling stations and are rolling it out. Next year we will focus on development within 300km of our operation area with investments in new facilities to make around UAH 300m.”

In 2013 Parallel opened 1 station, modernized a branded highway filling station near Melitopol, launched 10 gas filling units, 6 self-service car washes and 1 manual car wash.
