OREANDA-NEWS. ONEXIM Group has agreed to buy a 21,75% stake in Uralkali owned by the Suleyman Kerimov Foundation. The parties expect the transaction to close shortly. The deal does not require any regulatory approvals. The terms of the transaction are confidential, as agreed upon by the parties.
