OREANDA-NEWS.  The Bank of Moscow has launched a new credit product — Commercial Mortgage Loan for small and medium businesses generating annual revenues of up to RUB 400 million. The loan is provided for purchasing commercial real estate to be used in financial and business operations of the borrower.

The loan amount is from RUB 1 million to RUB 150 million with a maximum term of 84 months. The loan may be provided both as a lump-sum and as a loan facility with a disbursement limit that allows purchasing several real estate items out of a loan within the term of the loan facility.

The key advantage of the new product is the ability to purchase buildings, structures, premises, and land plots out of loan funds of the Bank of Moscow secured by the purchased items. The borrower participates in the transaction paying the down payment of 20% of the value of purchased real estate out of its own funds. Besides, the down payment may be replaced with an additional property mortgage, a suretyship of the guarantee Fund, a charge on the Bank’s bill or a security deposit placed by the legal entity with the Bank.

"Parameters of the new credit product, its maximum amount and term enable our clients to purchase real estate on the most favorable conditions and boost the business" development’.
