OREANDA-NEWS.  Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has announced results of five-year work in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygeya.
Tele2 launched its network in the Krasnodar Territory on 28 November 2008. Over the five years of its work the company has increased the number of base stations by almost 250%. In November 2008, Tele2 services were available to 45% residents of the region. Today 92% of locals may use high-quality and cost-efficient mobile services from Tele2. Over 5 million people are living on the territory of Tele2 network coverage.
A high quality of Tele2 services has been confirmed by an independent research. In October 2012, the TelecomDaily research agency carried out tests of all local operators’ network coverage – cars equipped with special measuring units were moving around the city to test several parameters of network quality and coverage. According to results, Tele2 has outperformed its competitors in terms of quality in the region. The report is published at tdaily.ru.
Apart from technical development, Tele2 has been improving its tariff range for all these years. The company is now offering three easy-to-understand tariffs including the Cheaper Again – a unique offer for the Russian mobile market. Tariff users can make calls to mobile and city numbers in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygeya and talk 30 minutes a day for free – without subscriber fee or hidden conditions.
