OREANDA-NEWS. JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting on November 28, 2013.

The Board of Directors approved the Company's priorities for 2014 and commissioned Evgeny Dod, Chairman of the Management Board of RusHydro, to update the Company's Strategic plan until December 31, 2014.

The Board of Directors approved the following priorities of RusHydro for 2014:

reliability and modernization of operating assets; sustainable operation of hydropower plants during flood periods; increase of installed capacity through implementation of the Investment program; delivering high quality services to clients of energy retail companies; competitive advantages improvement of project complex;

creation of efficient innovation management system and ongoing innovation process;

human resource development;

move towards target capital structure and enhancement of sources for implementation of the investment program;

further expansion into international markets;

update of the Company's strategic plan;

deployment of services provided by the Holding Company.

RusHydro's strategy, approved in 2010, needs revision to account for a new period of strategic planning, new priority objectives of the Company, global and Russian economic trends, and significant sector and regulatory changes.

The Board of Directors approved resignation of Marina Lukyanova, corporate secretary of RusHydro, and appointed new corporate secretary of the Company, Maxim Zavalko, Head of Corporate governance department of RusHydro.
