CROC Becomes Avaya Platinum Partner of Year
OREANDA-NEWS. CROC has received the Avaya Platinum Partner of the Year Award as the best company among fifty leading systems integrators and distributors in Russia and the CIS.
The award was presented for the largest scope of projects on the Avaya platform as well as experience in major country-wide deployments. CROC completed over 100 projects over the last year alone, with half of them being implemented for geographically distributed holdings with sophisticated telecommunications infrastructures. For example, CROC upgraded Alfa-Bank’s call center, implemented a phone call logging system in Gazprombank, improved the enterprise telephony network in Absolut Group and deployed an automated outbound calling system in OTP Bank. CROC’s total business with Avaya hardware and software solutions amounted to USD 18 million.
