OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency assigned 'Stavropolpromstroybank' creditworthiness rating A, which means high credit solvency, the first sub-level. The rating outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

High capital adequacy, high RoE and a good balance of assets and liabilities in the short- and long-terms are highlighted by the Agency as the key factors having a positive impact on the Bank creditworthiness rating. The rating is additionally supported by low concentration of raised funds on the major lenders and the high securities portfolio quality.

The insufficiently conservative loan provisioning policy and moderately high dependence of the resource base on the 'short' funding have a negative impact on the Bank's creditworthiness. High Н6 ratio values as of a number of monthly reporting dates of 2013 and the increased asset concentration on the IBL market are also typical of the Bank.
