OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2013. We glad to inform you that from now the system of IVR (interactive informational support) is introduced in the contact centre of PJSC "Kyivska Rus" Bank.
 
You should not wait for free operator of the contact centre in order to know information about conditions of products and services of the Bank. IVR automatically gives answers to frequently asked questions. For example, information about payment cards, deposit and credit interest rates, money transfers, currency exchange rates, special offers of the Bank. In order to get an answer to more difficult questions, you can always contact with an operator of the contact centre.
 
We want to remind you that from October 14, 2013 the contact centre of the Bank works in the mode of around-the-clock informational support, and due to introduction of IVR system we have an opportunity to serve more clients quickly.
