OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced revenue growth of 23.9% in Russian rubles (19.1% in USD) in November 2013, and revenue growth of 23.6% in Russian rubles (21.1% in USD) for the first eleven months of 2013.

For the first eleven months of 2013, DIXY Group revenue increased to RUR 160.7 bln (USD 5.1 bln) by 23.6% in RUR (21.1% in USD) year-on-year.

In November 2013, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 15.3 bln (USD 468.4 mln) by 23.9% in RUR (19.1% in USD) year-on-year.

Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 11.8 bln (USD 361.3 mln) by 27.1% in RUR (22.2% in USD) in November 2013 compared to November 2012. The growth was driven mainly by DIXY chain organic expansion, and helped by re-branding of ex-Victoria neighborhood stores into DIXY banner throughout 2012.

Please note that, starting from the 1st of November 2013, the opening hours of a major part of DIXY stores were reduced, in the course of stores' working time optimization. As a result, the DIXY chain time of operation was 7% less in November 2103 compared to October 2013.

Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.2 bln (USD 67.0 mln) by 13.9% in RUR (9.5% in USD) year-on-year in November 2013.

Retail revenue from Victoria neighborhood stores decreased year-on-year by 10.7% in RUR (14.2% in USD) to RUR 358.0 mln (USD 11.0 mln) in November 2013, due mainly to changes of the stores' opening hours, particularly, the waiver of 24x7 mode of operation in 2013.

Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets amounted to RUR 1.8 bln (USD 54.0 mln), demonstrating 21.2% year-on-year growth in RUR (16.5% in USD) in November 2013.

Retail revenue from cash & carry store CASH amounted to RUR 67.6 mln (USD 2.1 mln) in November 2013 compared to RUR 65.8 mln (USD 2.1 mln) in November 2012.

Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.3 bln (USD 40.1 mln) by 14.5% in RUR (10.1% in USD) year-on-year in November 2013. The growth was driven mainly by MegaMart compact hypermarkets retail revenue, which increased to RUR 1.0 bln (USD 31.9 mln) by 17.7% in RUR (13.2% in USD). MiniMart stores retail revenue increased to RUR 267.4 mln (USD 8.2 mln) by 3.7% in RUR (decreased by 0.3% in USD).
