OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Yaroslavl has entered into a loan agreement with the Yaroslavl Shipyard, OJSC. The loan of 150 million rubles is to be repaid in 12 months. The company will use the funds borrowed under the agreement to secure its bids at auctions.

The Yaroslavl Shipyard, OJSC, has been in the shipbuilding business more than 90 years already, and the company now is a modern undertaking delivering civil and military ships displacing up to 2,500 tons to Russian and foreign customers. It is closely involved in the national target-oriented program “Development of the Transportation System in Russia (2010-2015).”

“Involving real economic sector enterprises in cooperation is among high priorities for Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) in the corporate sector. We can offer custom-made terms of cooperation to manufacturing companies to contribute to their development and, accordingly, to growth of the region’s economy,” said Ilya Surov, Manager of Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Yaroslavl.
