OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a credit rating to OOO Organika Sintez (Moscow). The rating is “BBB” on the national scale and “BB” on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

According to the agency, the rating is based on solid ties to a major construction group, insufficient refining capacity in Russia and the competitive advantage provided by advanced equipment.

Constraining factors include uncertainty risks connected with a new business project, a high anticipated debt burden and limited market positions.

OOO Organika Sintez [trs. Organic Synthetics LLC] is a private-sector Russian company wholly owned by Anastasia Romanovna Kiselyova. It was registered in September 2012 as OOO Stroi Tekhnologii [trs. Construction Technolgies LLC] and to begin with served mainly as a financial intermediary. Plans now call for the construction of a petrochemicals plant in Voronezh region (Kashirski district). The Company benefits from solid ties to a major construction group.

Accounts receivable make up the bulk of assets. Liabilities include accounts payable on veksels (promissory notes) and other securities, plus loans to finance construction of the petrochemicals facility. The Company's debt burden appears very high, but should fall to moderate once the plant begins operating. According to its business plan the payback period is three years from the start of production. Anticipated operating returns are high.
