OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2014. Chair of the Management Board of PJCS "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" Yevgeniya Chemerys was presented with an honorary gold medal from SEIN - Societe d'encouragement pour l'industrie nationale.

At present, SEIN gold medal is indicative of the high professional level and competitiveness of the manager in the current context and is instrumental in strengthening his/her authority on both internal and external markets.

SEIN organized its gold medal laureate award ceremony in Lumiere Hall of the historic building of the French Association of National Industry Encouragement in Paris.

Yevgeniya Chemerys:

"This French award of honour is a victory of the whole CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK team, as the main criteria were: steady activity of the enterprise, fulfilment of partner liabilities and successful implementation of new projects. I thank colleagues for this work, as a result PJSC "CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" was the only laureate from Ukraine in 2013".

SEIN Association of National Industry Encouragement was founded in 1801 at the initiative of Napoleon Bonaparte. SEIN gold medal is the first public award in the history of France presented to successful managers. The first recipient of SEIN gold medal in 1869 was Ferdinand de Lesseps, an architect and constructor of Suez Canal. This award was also presented to Gustave Eiffel (creator of the tower bearing his name); Louis Pasteur, discoverer of fermentation process; French and foreign scientists and industrialists, other public figures. Starting from 2000 SEIN has been presenting awards to the managers from CIS countries on an annual basis.
