OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2014. An Accredited Certification Center of the Information and Advisory Department of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees begins to use two strengthened certificates of the opened key.

According to experts of the Center, the cryptographic message format will enhance the protection and safety of filing reports in electronic mode using digital signature and provide a high level of security to protect confidential information.

The digital signature implies that each user has its secret key which is used to create a signature (data encryption) and corresponded to this secret key an open key that matches in the secret key certificate that is designed to decrypt the digital signature and obtaining information that is in a report.

Thus, from 01.01.2014, for encryption and decryption of information that used by experts and customers of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees you need two separate certificates that prevent counterfeiting of keys and enhance the protection of information from unauthorized modification by unauthorized persons.
