OREANDA-NEWS. The growth of gross domestic product (GDP) of Uzbekistan in 2014 will make up 7%, a report of the World Bank Global Economic Prospects said.

According to estimates of the World Bank's experts, economy of Uzbekistan grew by 7.4% in 2013.

The World Bank forecasted that the GDP of Uzbekistan will grow by 6.7% in 2015 and in following year.

Current account balance in 2014 will make up 3.6% to GDP against 3.2% in 2013, the report of the World Bank said.

The figure will make up 2.3% in 2015 and 1.2% in 2016, the report of the World Bank said.
