OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency assigned 'Construction Department-888' creditworthiness (long-term creditworthiness) rating A, which means high credit solvency, the third sub-level. The outlook is stable, which means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term.

High profitability, high diversification of suppliers and contractors, and low currency risks had a positive impact on the Company rating. High investments into fixed assets, high asset and equity growth rates were also highlighted by the experts.

The Agency's analysts regard low capital adequacy, low business diversification, the high share of receivables in assets, and of payables, in liabilities, as the rating-restraining factors.
