OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2014. Sviaz-Bank has increased the number of accredited projects under its New Home construction program in 2014.

From now on, apartments can be purchased without collateral in new housing neighborhoods under construction in suburban Moscow, Moscow city, and elsewhere across Russia.

The New Home program underway in Moscow city and Moscow suburbs offers real property from the region’s leading developers: Lexicon Development LLC (Nekrasovka Park housing complex, Block7, Buildings 3 and 4); Morton Group of Companies (Lotan LLC, Butovo Park 2B, Item 11); MITS Group of Companies, Govorovo Construction Complex LLC, Tatyanin Park housing complex, Buildings 19-22); SK Business LLC (Kommunarka 6 housing complex); MITS Stroycapital LLC, Green Alleys housing complex, Building 2); and MITS Gamma (Kommunarka 5 housing complex, Buildings 1-3).

Most of the accredited new housing construction projects are in Leninsky municipal district, Moscow Region, with the administrative center in Vidnoye. Leninsky district is located southeast of Moscow three kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Three federal highways and two railroads (leading to Kursk and Pavelets, respectively) cross the region, and the Domodedovo Airport lies nearby.

The district is attractive because of its proximity to Moscow and convenient railroad and highway links with the capital.

The minimum down payment is 10% of the selling price under the New Home program, and the annual interest rate charged on a loan is 11.2% at the construction stage and 10.5% upon legalization of property title. Mortgages are issued for a maximum period of 30 years.
