OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2014. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Tyumen, Siberia, has entered into a general agreement with Tyumen Agribusiness Leasing Company (TALC), OJSC, on a revolving framework credit line of 200 million rubles to be opened for the company over a period of 72 months. The company will use the loan funds to purchase machinery, motor vehicles, and equipment it will then lease out.

TALC OJSC is a leading supplier of leasing services in Tyumen Region, such as leasing of machinery, equipment, and real property. Many businesses in the southern areas of Tyumen Region active in agriculture, manufacturing, services, and elsewhere have modernized and built up their fleets of machinery and equipment inventories through cooperation with the company. TALC OJSC is expanding steadily beyond its home area to Sverdlovsk and Kurgan regions and Perm Territory where it offers leasing services as well.

Starting out in 2012, the Tyumen Agribusiness Leasing Company has used the funds it borrowed from Sviaz-Bank to carry out projects to purchase specialized machinery and equipment it has leased to businesses in agriculture, plywood and flooring production, communication line laying, and in other areas. The Bank’s overall involvement runs to over 650 million rubles, some of which has already been repaid in time,” said Mikhail Stebikhov, Manager of Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Tyumen.
