OREANDA-NEWS. Agro-industrial holding ASTARTA has launched a new integrated complex of soybean processing in Globino (Poltava region). The complex will process 220 thousand tonnes of soybean per year and produce 160 thousand tonnes of soybean meal, 40 thousand tonnes of soybean oil and 10 thousand tonnes of granulated soybean husks. The processing plant has own storage facilities and modern elevator with total storage capacity of 64 thousand tonnes. The necessary engineering, road and rail communications are set up.

The complex was built by reference to international and local safety and environmental standards. The plant is operating at full design capacity and deliveries products to customers.
