OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2014. Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly distribution increase of USD0.015 per ETP common unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.

The ETP Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly distribution to \\$0.92 per unit (\\$USD 3.68 annualized) on ETP common units for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The quarterly distribution of USD 0.92 represents an increase of USD 0.105 per common unit on an annualized basis compared to December 31, 2012 and represents an annualized increase of USD 0.06 per common unit compared to September 30, 2013.

The cash distribution will be paid on February 14, 2014 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2014.

ETP and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE: ETE), who owns the general partner of ETP, expect to release earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, after the market closes. ETP and ETE will conduct a joint conference call on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time to discuss their quarterly results. The conference call will be broadcast live via an internet web cast, which can be accessed through www.energytransfer.com. The call will also be available for replay on Energy Transfer’s web site for a limited time.
