OREANDA-NEWS. A labor collective meeting was held at the "TANECO" Refinery and Petrochemical Plants Complex in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan), which summed up the activities results in 2013 and scheduled tasks for 2014.

JSC "TANECO" fulfilled all the technical and economic targets during the past year. The value added of the whole Complex increased by 57 percent.

The amount of 7 million 623 thousand tons of crude oil was processed at the Refinery and Petrochemical Plants Complex facilities in 2013. The average annual oil refining depth was 73.54 percent with the yield of light products amounting to 48.16 percent.

The basket of high-quality oil products, consisting of kerosene/gas oil fraction, stable natural gasoline, straight-run gasoline, household stove fuel, marine fuel and vacuum gas oil was obtained as a result of the activities in 2013.

Most sections of the combined hydrocracking installation were put into the mode of comprehensive testing. The system was successfully tested with nitrogen for leaks and for flare performance in case of emergency pressure drop, as well as the works on catalysts sulfiding in the reactor. The hydrogen production installation test results confirmed a possibility of improving its performance up to 105 percent of the design capacity. Raw material stock has been loaded in the hydrocracking reactor and stabilization of the technological regime is underway, the first commercial diesel fuel grade of Euro-5 standard has been obtained.

All the commitments contained in the Collective Agreement of JSC "TANECO" were fulfilled in the reporting year. The programs of voluntary health insurance and non-governmental pension coverage of the employees were fully implemented. Priority current challenges include ensuring crude oil refining in the amount of 8.5 million tons, certification of new refined products (diesel, aviation kerosene and hydrotreated gas oil), increasing energy efficiency, performance, etc.

Future plans also include increasing the depth of crude oil refining. The plans schedule completion of the next project phase by 2015 with commissioning the units of delayed coking and hydrotreating of naphtha, kerosene and diesel fractions.
