OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2014. 1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender on the following lots:

- Lot 1: procurement of computers, servers, network equipment and software.

- Lot 2: supply and installation of the security devices to check bags and bundles.

- Lot 3: procurement of printers and copier cartridges.

The bid procedure is to be held at the administrative tower of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (R.Behbudov Str. 32, Baku city) on 12 March, 2014, 15:00.

2. Bidders should submit the following documents to be eligible:

- tender application;

- notarized copies of documents confirming the Bidder’s legal status(charter, certificate on state registration or statement form registry, etc.);

- document confirming the authorities of the person empowered to sign the bid and procurement agreement; - bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee;

- bank statement on financial standing of the bidder over the past 1 (one) year;

- reference issued by a respective tax authority on absence of expiered obligations on taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan (info by foreign bidders);

- two copies of the bid in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 01 May, 2014);

- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the bid price (in the form shown in the RFP);

- data on presence of corporate customers (including name, address and contact number of corporate customers) and bidders two-year relevant work experience at a minimum (only for bidders on Lot 3).

- other data defined in the RFP.

3. The bidder shall submit signed and sealed bid and bank guarantee of the bid in a written form in two-fold envelope till 18.00, 11 March 2014, and other sealed and signed necessary documents in a written form in closed envelopes to the coordinator in the CBAR administrative tower located at 32, R.Behbudov Str, Baku city not later than 18.00, 27 February 2014. Envelopes and documents submitted later than the fixed date will be returned without opening and the bidder will not be allowed to the tender.

4. Bidders shall transfer the AZN 100 (one hundred) participation fee per lot to the following account of the CBA: Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, account No AZ25NABZ01701190000000001944, c/a AZ25NABZ01701190000000001944, code 501004, TIN 9900071001.

5. Foreign bidders may transfer the participation fee to the following account in USD in the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the payment date. Correspondent Bank: FRNYUS33, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, corr. account number: 021088221 AZER, account № AZ25NABZ01701190000000001944.

6. Starting date for procurement: upon signing the procurement contract.

7. Period to provide goods and works:

on Lot 1: within 45 (forty five) calendar days at the latest upon signing the contract on procurement of computers, servers, network equipment and software.

on Lot 2: within 2 (two) months at the latest upon signing the procurement contract on the security device. The device shall be installed at the entrance of the Main administrative tower of the Central Bank within 10 calendar days upon delivery.

on Lot 3: within 12 months upon signing the procurement contract.

8. Evaluation criteria: price and technical factors.

9. Those willing to participate in the tender may obtain the Request for Proposals in Azerbaijani from the CBAR Administrative tower, located at 32, R.Behbudov Str., Baku city through submission of the bank reference confirming payment of the participation fee.
