OREANDA-NEWS. Yesterday, on the 5th of February, this year's first meeting of OJSC KAMAZ's Board of Directors was held under the chairmanship of Sergey Chemezov, General Director at Rostec State Corporation.

The board directors of OJSC KAMAZ summed up preliminary results of fulfillment of the company's 2013 business plan. Thus, while the Russian heavy truck market dropped by 28%, the share of KAMAZ grew from 33 to 45%. In all, the auto giant sold 43.8 thousand vehicles in Russia and abroad in 2013, which is only a 4% year-over-year decline in sales.

According to preliminary data, the company's proceeds exceeded RUB 110 billion, and its profit formed RUB 4 billion. The company invested almost RUB 4.3 billion in 2013.
