OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2014. Yaroslavl Regional Arbitration Court confirmed legitimacy of over 563,400 RUB fine imposed by the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Yaroslavl Region (Yaroslavl OFAS Russia) upon “Yaroslavl Generating Company” OJSC (“YaGK”) for violating the antimonopoly law.

OFAS received a complaint from “Managing Company of the Northern Residential District” in Uglich that “YaGK” did not fulfill its obligations. Under the contract between the two companies, “YaGK” was obligated to supply heat energy for heating and hot water supply.
