Following a meeting held on 25 February 2014, the Board of Directors of Uralkali (LSE: URKA; the Company), one of the world's largest potash producers, has announced a list of candidates to be elected to the Board of Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 24 March 2014 in Berezniki, Perm region, Russia.
