OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency changed 'ROST BANK' rating outlook from stable to positive. The positive outlook means high probability of upgrading the rating in the mid-term. The creditworthiness rating remained unchanged at A, which means high credit solvency, the first sublevel.

The outlook revision is due, first of all, to the consolidation of two banks ('ROST' Bank and 'Kazansky' Bank) and the resulting significant reduction in concentration of both active transactions and funds raised on customers.

However, the Bank retains a significant potential of reduction in the liabilities base concentration on sources.
