OREANDA-NEWS. The technical-scientific board of young scientists and professionals was established for the purpose of bringing together the young scientists and organizing the human resource development aimed at young professionals and ODK personnel reserve in accordance with Instruction No. 41 issued by Director General, Mr. Masalov V.E, on 11 February 2014.

Mr. Fetisov M.V., candidate of engineering science, deputy chief designer at “MKB “Granit”, was appointed as the chairman of the board.

The following curators of the board were appointed:

head of “NIID” affiliate, doctor of engineering science, Mr. Geykin V.A.;

head of the human resources department, Ms. Kirilets O.A.;

head of the educational centre, Mr. Boichuk V.M.;

head of the production system development department, Mr. Garankin I.B.

The board will provide expertise and advice with regard to youth policy in the sphere of science and education, human resourcing, innovative development, and will represent the interests of young scientists and professionals on the administration level.

The board amasses young specialists aged under or at 35 having a technical college degree, actively participating in scientific, production and public affairs of FSUE “Gas-Turbine Engineering RPC “Salut” addressing the issues of reinforcement of human resources and youth programs implementation, inclusion of the young specialists' scientific input in the production and project development processes, acceleration of the social and professional adaptation of young scientists and professionals within working teams and departmental structures, enforcement and protection of professional, intellectual and welfare rights of young specialists.

The first meeting of the board will be held in the factory headquarters conference hall on 28 February 2014. The meeting will include discussion on the enactment of the FSUE “Gas-Turbine Engineering RPC “Salut” technical research board of young scientists and professionals, accordingly the membership.
